Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, you really gotta watch ANYTHING you say while walking on the streets around City Hall and while sitting at the outdoor cafes and all kinds of places you never think Zuma Dogg (or people who like to email him things) will be listening. The best exclusive stuff is always uncovered in the most coincidental and unplanned ways, just as in comedy where the funniest stuff can NEVER be planned. But here's the situation:

Zuma Dogg (publisher, writer http://ZumaTIMES.com) has learned that union leaders across the city have agreed to "taken" the deal that Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villlaraiogsa presented today as part of his budget proposal. The deal calls for a 10% payroll reduction in most city departments (INCLUDING POLICE AND FIRE); along with early retirement, an unpaid work hour per week and other "sacrifices."

Here's exclusive video of Zuma Dogg being assaulted (grabbed and pushed) by an MSNBC camera man on the public sidewalk in front of the NBC Tonight Show studios in Burbank when Barack Obama appeared with Jay Leno. The police took down his name and Zuma Dogg is deciding whether to file a report against the crew member. No matter how obnoxious you may feel I was being...TOUGH F*CK! If you don't want a guy making noise in front of your INTERNATIONAL MSNBC REPORT -- DON'T DO IT ON THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK...GO ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE YELLOW TAPE. And the reason the police followed up after ZD showed the video to them, is because NO MATTER HOW MUCH I MAY HAVE BEEN RIGHT OR WRONG...you are not allowed to defend a video shoot with physical assaults. The camera man should have had security or the police take care of any violations. (THE PLACE WAS CRAWLING WITH SECRET SERVICE AND SECURITY...THERE OBVIOUSLY WAS NO LEGAL PROBLEM ON MY END!)



But what makes matters worse, is afterwards, when I walked back to try and get names and find out where they were from, the other crew member threatened me by saying, "You better bounce!" He kept repeating, "You better bounce!" AND went on to say that I had no evidence that the camera guy pushed me" and he added, "I will testify that he didn't push you and are making it up." (WHY HE WOULD SAY THAT WHEN CLEARLY I WAS RECORDING THE ENTIRE EVENT IS JUST ONE REASON WHY I SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH POLICE AND A LAWSUIT.) I made several efforts to address this issue with NBC management, but they gave ZD the bamboozle-around...so we'll see what happens.

Zuma Dogg Gets A Real Sign From His Real Friends

YIKES! I just headed over to my friend's house who I have know since I first moved to L.A. I crash on the floor at his house, once in a while. I had to head over to his house to use his computer to post some video tonight.

Two of our other friends were there, too, for a post-karaoke party. Before I walked in, I made an announcement, "Don't be scared, it's the same ZD on the inside." (Because I know I look so bad, I felt I had to warn them to minimize it, and so they wouldn't make too big of a deal.)

IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN THREE WEEKS SINCE I LAST SAW ALL THREE OF THEM:

Well, despite my warning, THEY WERE INDEED SHOCKED. They walk up close to me and look even closer. My friend says, "Wow, you have never looked this bad. You have aged so much."

IT'S BEEN LESS THAN THREE WEEKS?!?! And they really couldn't stop talking about it. I had to kind go on the defense a little and stick up for myself.

So I walked out of the room for a second, and as I am walking out, I turn around and see them all huddled together whispering about it. And really, it was quite an issue that they wouldn't f*cking drop. I finally had to just tell them to shut up already and say, "I AM WELL AWARE OF IT, THAT'S WHY I WARNED YOU!!!"

So yeah, it's as bad as I thought. And my friend even told me he has been reading my blog and reading my stories of how I am unraveling on the streets of L.A., 24/7...

But I guess it doesn't hit home until you see me in person. Meanwhile, it's all my fault, I need to help myself, I haven't done anything to help myself, I'm going to pull out of this all by myself. I know some people have some ideas for things down the line, and have thought about some things...I WOULD KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT and just relax...there is PLENTY of time, and everything is fine from what I understand...except I've turned into a museum sideshow spectacle.

Celebrating 3 Years of "I told your ass!"

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY FROM ZUMA DOGG TO LOS ANGELES CITY COUNCIL

It's Zuma Dogg and Los Angeles City Council's Three-Year Anniversary today, and I want a divorce!

SUPPORT ZUMA DOGG ON HIS THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF CITY HALL ACTIVISM: Three miserable years ago today, April 4, 2006, was the first day Zuma Dogg went to city hall for his first public comment.

Not such a triumphant ending. It's 4:24 in the morning, and this is the ONLY time I could get in front of a free computer. So at least check the other new posts on this blog (and LA Daily Blog link) cause I tried to catch up on some stuff just to keep my mind occupied.

But, I am completely broke and when I wake up, it will be BIG problems, because I am still on the streets without gas to drive around and am shaking from hunger now, which is why I am awake...and in the morning will be REALLY starving and I am actually in physical pain from hunger, right now. So beware any emails or voice mails you may get when I wake up this morning.

If you have never donated to support the efforts and have thought about it, today would be the best day, cause I've never been more in need; and it's my three year anniversary of being a stupid dummy who cannot stop this watchdogg non-sense...and I would like some comfort and perhaps even say try to enjoy one nice spring Saturday for a moment.

If I don't get some PayPal love today, this morning, real soon, like when I wake up...I'll probably just put the blog on private and resign from all of this activism and try to get back to life in Agoura Hills and Malibu and not worry about having to be Downtown for the council meetings.

So most likely we are looking at the scenario of "Zuma Dogg at City Hall (4/4/06-4/4/09)." I gotta do everything to try and kill off the Zuma Dogg character so Dave can live.

Glad to see a newspaper (Daily News) finally do a story on Los Angeles City Clowncil's "Dog and Pony Show" Friday's. I don't want to start complaining about the waste of time and money, and how they many times end up losing a quorum (no time for business after the paid kiss-ass session for friends and cronies) and people who show up for those items that get bumped end up wasting several hours waiting, only to have to come back another day. It's a disgrace, but how else does a disgraced body behave?

AND OF COURSE, you cannot do a story about City Council without the standard Zuma Dogg mention and color photo. Yes, Zuma Dogg has inserted and entrenched hisself into the L.A. political scene and walks away an "icon."
