THIS IS OVER MY HEAD, BUT I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE CLOSELY FOLLOWING THE LOS ANGELES REDISTRICTING EFFORT. THE FINAL MAPS ARE IN CITY COUNCIL'S HANDS, FOR CERTAIN APPROVAL...UNLESS THE RICO RACKET PROCESS CAN BE STOPPED VIA EXPOSURE OF THE PROCESS:
HERE IS SOMETHING THAT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION, THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN POSTED, ELSEWHERE. IT'S EXIBIT "A" FROM THE MINORITY REPORT...AND SOMEONE WANTED TO MAKE SURE ZD SAW IT, SINCE HE'S SUCH A BLABBER MOUTH, THESE DAYS!
READ AWAY, EXPERTS AND THOSE READY TO FILE A LAWSUIT, WHICH ANDREW WESTHALL HAS ALREADY ASKED MONEY TO BE APPROVED, TO HIRE OUTSIDE COUNSEL, FOR.
FYI: Andrew "A-Hole" Westall didn't include Exhibit A in the hard copies that he distributed to the Commission and to the public on 02/29/12. And he initially excluded Exhibit A from the Commission's website on the grounds that it was "attorney-client privileged." But, there was no City Attorney involved in any of the communications, so sounds like more L.A. RICO MAFIA MOB IRRATIONAL, NON-LOGIC.
After Commissioner Helen Kim went to L.A. City Attorney for clarification of the Westhall bamboozlement, Exhibit A WAS included...and HERE it is...the document Westhole didn't want you to see. DOH!
